Street parking is available on Magazine Street directly in front of the studio. If no parking spots are available, please try to nearest side street.

Stairs

AC/Heat: * We have two AC units — one in the stairway and one in the studio next to the fire distinguisher. * It gets hot in New Orleans. It takes about 5-10 minutes for the studio to cool down once the AC is turned on. If you need that time before your client arrives, please include it in your booking. * Please help us be mindful of our energy use and only use the studio unit to regulate temperature while inside. Should you need AC while loading and unloading, please use the hallway unit during this time only. * Return the AC to OFF before leaving. Studio Equipment Rentals & Add-ons: * For an updated list of our current inventory, visit our PeerSpace listing page. * Please book all equipment and add-ons through PeerSpace. If you need help setting up rented equipment please request the add-on "Equipment Setup" and we are happy to help. * * IMPORTANT * Prior knowledge is required to operate equipment. Please ensure you have someone who can operate properly to avoid issues. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to reach out before booking. Studio Rules: * Do not exceed booked studio hours. Any additional time will be charged, including loading in and out. * If anything breaks, please tell us immediately. * Please use the provided shoe covers when using backdrops. Shoe covers can be found on the black carts—no muddy or dirty shoes on the carpet or furniture. * Please do not cut or tear backdrops unless they need it; we like to reuse whatever we can. You can use the provided gaffer tape (on the black carts) or sandbags to secure them as needed. Return backdrops to their location after use. * Prop stairs are for models/seating only. Please be mindful of shoes as they can make prints. * Only use equipment that has been rented before your shoot. * Bringing in heavy equipment and furniture will need pre-approval. * Only pre-approved team members are allowed. General Rules: * This is a non-smoking location. Smoking in or around the building is prohibited. * No parties. * No glitter (there will be a cleaning fee added for any glitter use). * Please be mindful of our neighbors and keep music and activities at a decent level.
