The Studio has a private Makeup & Dressing room. Also, Bathrooms and a Kitchen. Elevator and Loading area are just feet from the front door Open 6 Days a week. From 9am to 7:30pm Free Lighting gear includes: 4 Pro Photo D1 2 1480 LED Video Light 1 C-Stand, 1 Regular Light Stand 2 Black Stools 1 Posing Desk Large size Backdrop (White, Black, Grey) 3 sandbags 2 ladders **PLEASE NOTE** Our studio is self-sufficient, we expect our clients to leave it in the way it was presented to you at the start of your session. We have a cleaning fee of $50 if space is left unclean and disorganized Large 1100 sq ft Photo Studio perfect for Photoshoots, Business and/or Graduation Portraits and Video productions. Plus, we provide all the amenities you'll need during your rental, including a makeup/hair station, fridge, Wi-Fi, microwave, and even free water and snacks. We've got you covered!

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
