About the Space
Intimate outdoor space (backyard), a combination of concrete and grass with a separate patio area, available for hosting family and close friend gatherings. This space is perfect for gender reveals, baby showers, engagement parties, bridal showers, brunches, graduation parties, popup shops, book signings, children birthday parties and family dinners. We also, can accommodate a movie night Experience, with the additional rental of our outdoor movie equipment (20 ft movie screen protector, projector and seating for 10). The maximum guest allowed is 50.

Health and Safety Measures
We hire professional cleaners to come in after every reservation to do a major cleaning, this is done for sanitation purposes, to minimize the amount of cleaning each host has to do and to ensure the space looks its best for each guest. Therefore, we require a $50 cleaning fee for each booking.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
