A recording studio is a space specifically designed and equipped with soundproof walls and top-of-the-line audio equipment to ensure professional quality recordings. This includes microphones, mixers, instruments and other sound processing devices. It is usually used by musicians, producers and engineers for recording and mixing, where they can control the volume levels, frequencies and other sound elements of recordings. Recording studios also contain acoustic treatment for sound control, soundproofing, and other professional production techniques.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
