Our design studio features unique elements that will make any photoshoot or event the talk of the town. This modern design studio is perfect for meetings, corporate events, social networking, photoshoots, outdoor shoots Facility is over 2000 sf and has unique architectural features, outdoor patio, sustainable lighting made out of mushrooms and even a working bank vault! Our facility comes with staff, coffee and beverages when booking a event. The sitting areas will be blocked off to accommodate your meeting, photoshoot, but business will operate during normal business hours. When you book 5 hrs or more, the facility will be closed to the public for exclusive use.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
