About the Space
Our design studio features unique elements that will make any photoshoot or event the talk of the town. This modern design studio is perfect for meetings, corporate events, social networking, photoshoots, outdoor shoots. Facility is over 2000 sf and has unique architectural features, outdoor patio, sustainable lighting made out of mushrooms and even a working bank vault! Our facility comes with staff and coffee and beverages when booking a 5hr event. When you book our venue for the 5hr min, you have exclusive use. All other bookings under 5 hrs will not have exclusive use of the space but the areas being used will be blocked off.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
