- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

June was such a great host, she was so responsive and helped me with every need. The house is so photogenic and has so much natural light. There really isn’t a bad angle to shoot. Would book again!

First off June was great. Responded quickly and was very kind in every message! The home was easy to find and easy to access when the booking started. Super clean and had a good modern taste to it! We booked it for a video shoot and as a cinematographer this place is PERFECT! Lots of windows you can access from outside the building to blast a 1200/600 through it to recreate that bright sunlight feeling. Plenty of space to work with inside the house if you need to boom anything, we boomed an f22 as an hair light and had plenty of room. The huge counter was great to set up a laptop, monitor, etc. All in all, for a quick half day shoot, if you need a kitchen or family room, this is your spot!!

The place was nice and comfy parking was so tight tho but after my event days later I was accused of breaking things, leaving dirty etc and I made sure everything was clean even hired a team to clean.
