This beautiful daylight and production studio is perfect for photo, video, small team get togethers, small networking events, branding photo sessions, lifestyle photography, headshot photography, boudoir photography, family photography, etc. It is fully furnished with tons of furniture, props and plants. The space is on the 2nd floor and there are no elevators, but it is easy access straight from the parking lot up the stairs and right into the studio. This space has a full wall of north facing windows for soft, even light all day. 9ft ceilings, 1 white faux brick wall. Multiple usage space, very versatile. Included in your rental is a substantial client wardrobe closet with womens clothing and gowns as well as little girls dresses. Several draping fabrics are also available. Space is around 2000 sqft in total. That includes shooting area, lobby, H&MU room, changing area and a large prop room in the back. Renters will have access to amenities listed below: Chain backdrop system with colored seamless paper / Backdrop stands / Light stands / Boom Stands / Sandbags / Garment Steamer / V-flat / Reflectors / Hair & Clothing Fans / Eye Lighter / Furniture and props / Plants / Make up station with Mirror and counter / 3 Full length floor mirrors / 75" TV with HDMI Cable / A selection of fabric backdrops/8x8 Movable Wall / Twin Bed NEWLY ADDED: 2 continuous lights with 2 different modifiers. There are also some Paul C. Buff modifiers available to use if you bring your own Paul C. Buff strobes. A selection of seamless paper backdrops are available. There is wifi in the space. There is no restroom inside the space, but there restrooms available on the same floor. Rates: 100 USD/hr 7 Days/week 8AM-8PM *PLEASE NOTE: There is a church located on the same floor that meets at select times on the weekends. It is not recommended to use the space during this time for video. The rest of the week is fine for video though the space is not soundproof. 3 hour booking Minimum. No cleaning fee unless the space is not left as you found it. Cleaning supples, broom, vacuum, etc are provided to clean up any messes that you make. Furniture may be moved around but PLEASE take photos of the space when you arrive so you may put it back to its original setting.
