You'll be just a few minutes walk to Cafe Roze, Rosepepper, Jeni's, Five Daughter's, & more, & just a 12 minute Uber ride to Broadway. There is street parking available, and load in/out may be available onsite if coordinated in advance. Please note that this is an upstairs unit with no elevator. There is no back yard access, and the unit can be accessed through the alley.
