About the Space

Small Black femme owned studio space that available to any artistic concepts or interests. Perfect for private and secluded events with accessible parking and elevator for people that need it. Safe for LGBTQ+ community. There is no free overtime. All rentals are paid rentals(hourly rates apply). Studio Bookings are available only on a first come, first served based with deposits ready to be paid. Bookings are appointment based only because of prior outside obligations. This space is available for : Photoshoots/ Video shoots Showcases Musical events Private events & meetings Intimate practices Workshops 400 sq ft studio for intimate photoshoots - $50 per hour PHOTOGRAPHY RATE (2hr Minimum) perfect to host to 5 people Seamless backdrops(please ask what is currently available, additional cost for specific color and size) Ideal for small photoshoots such as in studio headshots, portraits, products, video shoot, etc 800 sq ft studio for larger projects- $75 per hour(2hr Minimum) Perfect to host up 12 people No seamless( Background Kit with Two Stands and Seamless Paper available upon request- additional charge may apply) Great for small gatherings/meetings, band practices,photo/video shoots, etc. Rental entire studio(1200 sq ft)- $100 per hour Event Rental- Non Creative Purpose(3 hr min- 5 hr max) Perfect to host up to 50 people Intimate events, kickbacks, social gatherings, dinners, birthdays, special occasions, etc Events over 5 hours are quote based(non negotiable) Rental entire studio(1200 sq ft)- $150 per hour Creative Event Rental- Creative Purposes(2 hr Minimum) Perfect to host up to 25 people For larger, concentrated creative projects Such as yoga,art shows, Pop Ups, workshops, musical showcases,etc Additional cleaning cost for event rental Chairs(additional chairs are an additional charge) Tables (additional tables are an additional charge) Backdrop Papers: White, Green, Red, Black, Grey(Other colors available upon request and additional charge) Space does have natural light from windows Natural light can be blocked out Unique aesthetic studio lighting setup(perfect for night shoots) Bluetooth Speaker Restrooms/ Changing area Large Mirror for Models Windows Fans(No A/C) Add-on's include: Request to purchase backdrop color for your booking ($75(4FT)/ $100(9FT) per item) Props(available upon request and additional charge) New props, backdrop colors, & studio equipment are being added soon! Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
