Small Black femme-owned studio space made available for any artistic concepts, interests, or projects. Perfect for private and secluded events with accessible parking and an elevator for people who need it. Safe space for the LGBTQIA+ community. Studio Bookings are available only on a first-come, first-served basis with deposits ready to be paid. This space is available for : Photoshoots/ Video shoots Art Shows Showcases Musical events Private events & meetings Workshops & Seminars Celebratory occasions Please include your setup and breakdown time in the booking as well. There is no free overtime. No dates or times are held without booking. All rentals are paid rentals(hourly rates apply). Additional cleaning cost included.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
