Ideal for Photo/Video Shoots or Dance Rehearsal for small group *Photo shoots including Portrait, Headshot, product and Fashion. (Best for natural light shooting!) *Video shoots such as Interview or documentary *Small events or meetings *Pop-up Gallery *Dance Rehearsal for small group Located in the heart of the West End, just across from North Station. Very easily accessible by T. This space is in filled with Natural light, high ceilings, 2 red brick walls, 1 1/2 black walls, 1 mirrored wall. Multiple usage space, very versatile. The studio is approximately 460 square feet. Guests will have access to WiFi, Bluetooth speaker, two bathrooms, two dressing rooms and a kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave and kettle). Foldable tables and chairs also available upon request. Rates: 65 USD/hr Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM 85 USD/hr Saturday-Sunday 9AM-9PM Inquiries are welcome before booking. Tours are available for bookings Monday-Saturday from 6:30-9:30 1 hour. booking Minimum. A small 20 USD cleaning/resetting fee will be charged to each booking.

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
