We prioritize the safety and well-being of our guests by implementing enhanced cleaning measures in our facility. High touch surfaces and shared amenities undergo thorough disinfection to maintain a clean and hygienic environment. To allow for enhanced cleaning, we have spaced out bookings to ensure adequate time for proper cleaning procedures. Our cleaning protocols strictly adhere to the guidelines provided by local health authorities. In addition, all hosts are required to follow a comprehensive checklist before each booking. This includes sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and overall cleaning of the space. Hosts are also responsible for providing a hand washing station equipped with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with a minimum alcohol content of 60%. Furthermore, common areas accessible to guests, such as bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances, are regularly cleaned and maintained. To uphold cleanliness standards, hosts are diligent in collecting and cleaning dishes, silverware, and any other amenities provided. Additionally, they ensure that garbage is promptly removed and new lining is added to waste cans, promoting a tidy and fresh atmosphere. We are committed to creating a safe and clean environment for our guests, and these enhanced cleaning measures reflect our dedication to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene throughout our facility.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
