There is a kid’s playground and dog park just around the block (3-5 minutes walking). The Pasadena shopping plaza is also walking distance from the house, and offers several shops like CVS, Walmart, Winn-Dixie, Publix Supermarket, liquor store, Bealls, UPS, and several dining options. Downtown St. Pete is a 15 minute drive and can also be accessed by bike from the Pinellas Trail.
