About the Space
Quaint log cabin on a 3.5 ac pond. Beautiful scenery for a film or nature documentary. Also great location for a family & friends gathering. Guests are welcome to use the firepit, use the paddle boat, kayaks, or canoe along with all paddle gear, life vests (children, youth & adult sizes on site). Previously served as the primary setting for an independent short film produced for the 2022 Knoxville Film Festival. This is an active vacation rental cabin so Peer Space rentals may not begin earlier than the reserved starting time and should be prepared to wrap up promptly at the end of the reservation since we could have guests checking in or out with a tight turn time.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
