Inside, the Downtown Oakland spot it has a speakeasy and modern/minimalist decor, high ceilings, off-white walls, tall & big windows with natural light. Our color scheme is off-white & mauve, and mauve off white bar and off white cream seats. With 1300 square feet, we offer comfortably seat 30 people and parties of 75 guest for gatherings of all types. Bar & Food Options Bar - We have the largest and diverse selection of Wine, Beer, Champagne and Non-alcoholic Wine and Beer that is produced by Women, BIPOC, POC, and Small Local Winemakers. For every 10 Guest we include 1 bottle of wine that is included in your book rate. Additional Wine by the Glass or Wine by the Bottle purchases are available for an additional cost. Wine By the Glass Price Range: $15 to $30 and Wine By the Bottle Price Range: $29.99 to $89.99 ( Not Included in the Booking Rate) Food - In-house tapas dishes that we offer is gourmet charcuterie boards, snack boards, and caviar nachos: (Cost not included in the Booking Rate: Price Range $25 to $35) In our network, we have an amazing list of catering companies that can catering small tapas bites for your events. (This service is not included in the booking rate and would be an extra charge.) After the hosted food & bar tab has been reached, you may choose to add more or close out. At this point orders turn into an additional purchase in the form of a cash bar or a new tab on a guest provided credit card. ( we are cashless establishment) We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards with Visa or Mastercard logo, and Apple Pay/Google Pay/Samsung Pay INCLUDED IN BOOKING RATE :Private use of the indoor space. Depending on your party size seating on couches, chairs, and stools will be available. There is a large screen available for visuals, and an excellent an sound system for music. For Additional Budget: we can include live music for your event. Staff onsite will include a dedicated bartender and server, additional staff as necessary depending on party size. We allow one half hour prior to event should you have any set up. The event must be completed at the end of the booking time as there will be other events and reservations following. (If additional time is requested we need to know 1 week in advance to adjust the quote). ADDITIONAL SERVICES AND RENTALS Any additional furnishings, equipment, Decor, etc. will be an additional cost to the guest and are not included within the booking. EXPECTATIONS PRIOR TO YOUR BOOKING while we can book space very far in advance (and does recommend this), we typically wait until two weeks to finalize the food and wine selections as our menus and offerings change often. Final Total Headcount required 1 week prior to event the space is available for walk-through on request CONVENIENCE TO THE GUEST: There is paid street parking during normal business hours and free after 5pm or 6pm. There is an outside parking garage directly across the street from our business on 13th and Webster that is owned by Douglass parking lot. Also, there is limited indoor parking in our parking garage and the parking stalls are label “Retail”. Finally, there is public transportation such Bart and Bus. The Bart Station is located on 12th and Broadway street and the Bus stop is located on 12th and 13th and Broadway. Our layout of our space can convert to tasting room concept, retail wine shop concept, open event space concept, and bistro concept. The unique features we are are being the largest and diverse selection of wines and champagne produced by women winemakers, minority winemakers, and small winemakers. We have Two Large Screen Flat TV's on the walls to play movies and content and is blue-tooth ready, surround sound speakers that are blue tooth ready and receiver that can connect to any IPAD diverse, and we have our network of catering companies and music talent, and we have our own event planning supplies such as tables, and chairs etc..

We hire a reputable commercial cleaning company to do weekly deep clean of our space. However, daily our staff has cleaning procedures to keep our building clean.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
