About the Space
This home was designed and built in 2021 at the end of a cul-de-sac in a small town. The build was done by family and the interior was designed by myself. There's a lot of light blue, blonde wood, chrome, and sun light. A very minimalistic, modern, bright, and airy space that's perfect for gatherings, photoshoots, etc. At night, the various lighting options can turn the space into a moody, yellow, chill spot or a vibrant, electric good time. The woods in the backyard offer an oasis to relax in while you listen to the birds chirping within it. The basement is unfinished and mostly empty. Very quiet neighborhood with street lighting just outside the front door.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
