On-site guest parking is available in designated "Visitor Parking" spaces although limited. We recommend carpooling or using rideshare services. All guests will have to park on designated Park M parking spots. We have total of 48 Park M spots around the property with 3 spots that convert to Future resident parking during the day. These are in front of building 1000. Guests will be required to pay parking from 8PM – 8AM, $1 an hour or $7 for the full night. Outside these hours, parking is free of charge.

Food and catering are allowed, but food trucks and carts are not permitted. Alcohol is allowed (beer, seltzers, wine, champagne), however, if you wish to have liquor (vodka, tequila, whiskey, etc) it must be served by a licensed bartender. We do not allow live music or DJs, but you’re welcome to bring a small portable speaker! We do not permit glitter, confetti or any damaging adhesives (nails, screws, hooks/strips, etc). Scotch tape and Painter’s tape are fine. Furniture is not allowed to be moved and is subject to change and/or removal at any time. This space is located in a residential community, so please be mindful of noise. Please note that while the space is reserved for an event, residents may be able to see into it or must use it to access another space (pool, fitness center, mailroom, etc). We recommend posting signage upon your arrival to indicate use of the facility. All hosts are required to sign our license agreement prior to the event. We give a 30-minute grace period before and after the reservation for set up and clean up. Any other time will be added to the booking! Note: the “before” grace period is not applicable if the reservation is at the start of the space’s operating hours. Depending on your event, you or a guest may need to help others check in at the entrance of the building and direct them to the space (e.g. elevator attendant). Please be respectful of the facility and return it to its initial condition at the end of your reservation. Trash must be taken out of the space and properly discarded. We encourage you to bring extra trash bags! We do our very best to accommodate bookings with less than 24-hour notice, however, some amenities or the space itself may be unavailable. We are a pet-free and smoke-free facility. We do not tolerate smoking of any kind on the premises. Violators of this rule will be assessed a $250 fine. We follow Peerspace's overtime and cancellation policies. We look forward to hosting you!
