About the Space
NOTE: Non amplified acoustic live music, No DJ with speakers etc. Can use small blue tooth speaker for the vibes but at a moderate low level. This intimate ground level store front gallery space is 29 x 15. This is one main open multi-purpose space and can be used for small “acoustic non amplified events, gallery events, meetings, film and video screenings, book signings, presentations, meetings, etc. The space can accommodate up to 40-50 people at a time and has been utilized for exhibitions that have had about 100 people that are flowing in and out. The space has a very large bathroom two main windows that are mid street level.

Space is cleaned thoroughly between bookings and prepped prior to each event.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
