Up to 3-4 vehicles are permitted to park in the driveway. Vehicles are also allowed to park on the road during the day. However, overnight parking on the street or the sidewalk is not permitted.

Furniture and Equipment: Guests should use furniture, appliances, and equipment responsibly. They should avoid moving or rearranging large pieces of furniture without permission and should return them to their original positions. No Illegal Activities: Any illegal activities, including drug use, are strictly prohibited on the premises. Care for the Property: Guests should treat the property and its contents with care. Any damages or breakages must be reported to the host immediately. Cleanliness: Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it. Cleaning fees may apply, but guests should still maintain a reasonable level of cleanliness during their stay.
