About the Space
It is a yoga studio, so it has a reception area and a blink space behind two barn doors. There is a TV for use in a presentation and connecting speakers in the four corners, lavaliere or microphone can be included. Space can be used for any wellness event, pop up shop, presentation event. Space also has a private massage room with massage bed. Reception area includes front desk and sitting space.

General Rules
No smoking in the building, no excessively loud music after 9pm, no loitering outside of building. The space is located at the ground level of a residential building so a bit of discretion is needed.

The space is mopped and surfaces are wiped down with disinfectant between each booking.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
