About the Space

Perfect for someone looking for a mountain/woodsy setting near Norris Lake. Offering up to 3,000 sqft, this space can work for photo or video shoots, conferences, meetings, respectful pool parties, or movies. This listing offers up to 3 separate bedroom spaces, up to 3 separate bathroom spaces, a media room, a kitchen, pool area with hot tub, seating, tables, and gas grills, and an additional outdoor area with fire pit facing a hardwood forest. Please note: hosts live onsite. This is their primary residence. Hosts are willing to work with guests with privacy/sound requirements, but will not guarantee a completely vacant property for any reason. Outdoor living spaces: Pool (salt, not heated) area with hot tub, changing booth, lounge chairs, hammock, tables, shade sails and umbrellas, gas grills, yard games; back yard with firepit and views of hardwood forest; screened in porch. Norris Lake is 5 minutes away. Lighting description

Windows and lighting depend on room. Some have 1-2 windows and dark window coverings, while some have floor to ceiling windows with no coverings. Heavily sun-facing windows also have UV- and heat-reducing film. Brightest time of day is morning for front bedroom and afternoon for the remainder of available indoor spaces and pool area.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

Space is not on a busy street but some road, mowing, and animal sounds can be heard depending on wind direction and what part of the space is in question. Appliances and AC make typical residential sounds. Hosts willing to temporarily disable ice makers and HVAC if necessary for sound purposes.

Loading "zone" would be on a sloped driveway; loading trucks may need to be moved (case by case basis). Main entrance has no steps but most accessible areas do have stairs. Pool area can be accessed without stairs but through a sloped grass area.

Guest spaces are cleaned and disinfected thoroughly between bookings.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
