About the Space
A multi-purpose, space, gallery and photography studio located in the heart of Dundas West. A perfect space for meetings and rehearsals. This space features 10 foot high ceilings, unique furniture, funky lighting along with LED tubes in the front and back studio that can be changed to any colour you like. Main floor access to easily load in and load out as well as wheelchair access. The front studio has a large window that brings in tons of natural light into the space, accompanied with beautiful original hard wood floors. As you move along the space, you'll find an accessible bathroom and a spacious mid lounge for networking or a quiet space to sit down. The back studio is a photography studio with white walls and floors, this can be used as additional space. You can also open the back door that lets in a lot of natural light into the space. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves

Kelsi's space was perfect for our needs, with enough space to shoot the photos we needed plus a lounge space for our crew to rest and prep! Our only complaint would be that it was a little cramped and very warm, I don't think there was any AC. When working with big lights, cameras and models, having a temperate space is extremely important!
