Welcoming all motion pictures, movie shoots, photo shoots, music video productions, and general productions. - Guests must maintain standard general liability insurance of $1 million and show proof. We will inform you of the name to add as an additional insured on the policy. Crews of 1-12 will be charged $500/hr Crews of 13-49 will be charged $700/hr Crews of 50-99 will be charged $800/hr ** Location is rented by the day not by the hour. Any event booked for 8 hours or less will be charged the 8-hour fee. Any additional hours will be charged by the hourly rate **

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
