I have a Classic Space with Unlimited Event Possibilities. The Estate features a main entrance and a service entrance next to the 3 car garage. The Private Driveway allows for 4 cars to park comfortably. And we have plenty pf Parking on our Street. 1st Level Floor is available for rent and it features: 1 Formal Living Room 1 Family Living Room A separate Den outlooking the backyard 1 Formal Dinning Room next to the kitchen Large Kitchen Indoor Wet Bar Large Backyard with a Pool and Spa A lot of extra space to accommodate Photo Shoots, Videography & OR BTS Filming, etc..etc.. If you have any questions about our Estate we invite you to send us a message so that we can schedule you on our Calendar to meet & discuss any questions that you have with one of our Team Members. We do have a Marriage Officiant/ DJ/ Photographer/ Videographer/Caterer/ Bartender/ Karaoke /Revo-Spin 360, etc.. etc.. all available on-site for your convenience for Additional Costs. PLEASE INQUIRE WITHIN FIRST about bringing in any of your OWN OUTSIDE VENDORS INTO OUR SPACE DUE TO ANY & ALL INSURANCE RESTRICTIONS! NO WEAPONS ALLOWED! ****Please be sure to include set-up and break-down hours in your overall rental timeframe**** PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS IF YOU WILL BE USING THE POOL! We clean our home daily and have the home professionally cleaned in between bookings. * WE DO Provide for your Convenience* : #1- Trash Bags for every bookings clean up. #2- Dispensary Hand Soap for Kitchen & Restrooms #3- Toilet Paper #4- Broom and a Mop #5-Ash trays if there is any smoking outside YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BRINGING YOUR OWN PAPER TOWELS AND CLEANING SUPPLIES!
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
