- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Space was amazing. A huge cyc wall and a huge grid to hang anything you want was game changer. Jeff was super nice and responsive to replies. He had all e grip gear you could need. Location of the space was also very safe and lots of parking. Space was clean and organized. Definitely coming back for other shoots! Thanks Jeff!

I had a great experience shooting our music video at this studio. The host was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the process, making everything run smoothly. The studio's AC and soundproofing ensured a comfortable environment for our crew. The cyc wall is very well built and has a grip rack on the ceiling. Studio has all the amenities we needed (kitchen/office/bathrooms/roll-up door). I'm definitely impressed and would highly recommend it to others!
