We have a long driveway and about 10-12 cars can fit. Also, we are in a cul-de-sac that can accommodate additional parking.

1. ABSOLUTELY, NO SMOKING ANYWHERE on the property. Our property is SMOKE FREE. That also includes ANYWHERE OUTSIDE as well. There is a $500 charge for violation. 2. Set up and break down should be included in the time you are booking. In other words, book ALL the time you need. Ex: if your event is from 1pm-4pm and you need an hour to set up and break down, you need to book from 12pm-5pm. Otherwise, there is a 30 minute grace period. 3. If you need additional time, please let me know at least one hour in advance. That will include the hourly fee. If not, please end your event with enough time left for cleaning up and getting all of your guests out. 4. If you move furniture, please move it back once you are done. 5. Please don't move furniture outside for any reason. 6.Please make sure that ALL guests park in the driveway. Our driveway accommodates 10-12 cars and absolutely no parking on the grass or in front of neighbors homes. 7. There is a 3 hour MINIMUM to book this space. 8. Any date changes made within 7 to 14 days comes with a $100 change fee. I do not allow date changes within 7 days of the event, you will need to cancel your event and book the new date. 8. NO IN PERSON TOURS- If you need a walk thru video, please send an inquiry with your phone number or email. 9. Please treat and respect the space as if it were your own.
