Our converted horse stable makes a stylish 1900sqft event space makes up against the Tucson Mountains. Our rustic venue's gorgeous courtyard has overhead lighting and adjacent parking. Enjoy our semi-open space with a kitchen and two bathrooms. Our stable boasts an impressive L shaped layout featuring a large open space that can be customized to suit your needs. Whether you're hosting a wedding, corporate event, family gathering, video, or photo shoot, our stable has everything you need to make your event a success. From a large kitchen with 2 refrigerators to a large outdoor area, our property is designed to cater to all your needs. * Guests can arrange their own catering services, supplies & setup with approval. Removal of all food & trash is required. The time for setup, cleanup and catering must be included in total time reserved. * A $100 cleaning fee is included for parties over 25 guests. If you have less than 25 guests, we will provide a custom offer. A Cleaning Checklist will be provided. Failure to follow it may result in an additional $250 cleaning fee and future use may be declined. * Please note a COI may be required. A COI is required if any alcohol is to be on the premises. Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
