About Ave 25 Twelve
Ave 25 Twelve is a multi-purpose facility/venue available for rent for all kinds of occasions. Located in the Village Green Shopping Center in Aurora, IL. We aim to give our clients an accessible, but beautiful space at reasonable rates. Our space can be used to host: birthday parties, bridal showers, baby showers, gender reveals, holiday parties, art showings, fundraisers, pop-up shops, weddings, graduation parties, etc. We are connected with various vendors and suppliers that can help clients pull off a stress-free, and memorable event.

The space is cleaned and disinfected before each event. Additional disinfecting wipes/spray and paper towels will be provided.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
