This is a multi-purpose, open space perfect for networking and community events, business meetings, brunches, dinners, entrepreneurial meetings, seminars, tutoring sessions, pop-up shops and more. The space is large, all white, cooled and heated. Additional fees: security for all major/ high incident events, cleaning fee & furniture Hello, for our standard "weekend 50 guests and up package" including the venue (wifi, furniture, coolers, bar stand, security, cleaning fee) it would be $1,700 -For $2,500 our backdrop add-on package includes a backdrop and ballon arch with a color scheme and theme of your choosing -For $3,000, this package includes the backdrop and ballon arch add on along with an overhead 360 booth for 3 hours.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
