About Urban Workshop
We have a 28,000 square foot space which is fitted with commercial industrial equipment: woodshop, automobile lifts, metal shop, assembly area and large multi-purpose room. We have numerous rest rooms, a full kitchen and 5000 sq. ft. of air conditioned office space. We have hosted many large events, including professional film shoots

We have a busy Makerspace which necessitates almost constant cleaning. The kitchen and bathroom areas are cleaned and disinfected daily.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
