The large reception room has a substantial bay window which leads via double doors into a light and airy dining room. From here wide steps lead down into an open plan kitchen. Two sets of 'crittall' style double doors along the back of the house and a large skylight offer plenty of natural light. Access is at street level up a short path and into a generous hallway. The property is located on a quiet residential street, which is a no-through road for cars and vans. It is however only a couple of minutes from a busy parade of shops, cafes and restaurants and less than 10 minutes walk from a Zone 2 station served by two underground lines as well as several overground options. Great for photo shoots, fashion shoots, editorials, commercial shoots, still life shoots.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
