The open concept kitchen is fully equipped and the dining room seats 6 comfortably on an extendable dining table. The living room flows into a family room stocked with board games and a large screen smart TV in an open floor plan. There are two WFH set ups (desk and chair) in bedroom 1 and 3 (not pictured) for your convenience. Enjoy the tranquil and serene neighborhood of East Hampton Springs. Bay beaches are just a 5 min drive away and ocean beaches are 15 min drive. The town of Amagansett is 10 minutes away, village of East Hampton 12 min, and Montauk is 20 min away.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
