Our modern multi-set production studio is nestled in the heart of Wilmington, Delaware and is meticulously maintained, ensuring a clean and safe environment. Perfect for: - Intimate dinners - Pop-up shops - Yoga and meditation sessions - Meetings - Social settings for networking Be sure to check out our Instagram @haute.thestudio for a visual preview and don't forget to follow us! **Pricing Based on Group Size:** To help us prepare and accommodate your needs, please inform us of the number of attendees. **Standard Rate:** - Starting at $175 per hour. - A minimum booking of 3 hours is required. - A flat-rate cleaning fee of $100 has been introduced. - An additional 2 hours are included in your booking at no extra charge, which covers setup and teardown. - Any additional setup or teardown time required beyond this is billed at a rate of $125 per hour. - If your event extends beyond the initially booked hours and your team has not yet started teardown, an overtime rate of $125 per hour will apply. **Pricing by Group Size:** - Small groups of 1-20 guests are charged at a rate of $175 per hour. - For larger groups of 21-40 guests, the rate is $190 per hour. - Groups of 41-60 guests will be billed at $210 per hour. - For gatherings of 61-80 guests, the rate is $230 per hour. - Events with 81-100 guests are priced at $250 per hour. **Note:** Please consider that a higher number of guests may result in increased wear and tear as well as additional cleaning requirements. The total count of attendees should include your crew, parents, guardians, children, and assistants. Kindly ensure that you communicate the expected number of guests to us to help us provide the best service for your event. Unique Set Designs: - Our Roman clay rustic walls with a concrete platform and stairs can serve as a stage or backdrop for photos. - The modern, non-functional kitchen with a sleek black slat island is ideal for serving refreshments of small gatherings. - Relax in our lime-washed living room with extra seating. - The entry wall can be customized to display your branding or message to guests upon arrival. - Capture stunning photos against our 10 Ft green wall, perfect for backdrops. Abundant Lighting: We offer 10 super-bright LED linear lights with 5000K daylight white and 4500lm ultra brightness, ideal for your iPhone photos. You have the flexibility to control the lighting by switching off half of them using four different switches. Included with Your Booking: - Bluetooth speaker - Lounge area - Makeup & changing area with an LED vanity mirror and shelf, as well as a curtained dressing room - Jiffy Steamer - 1 garment rack - Folding utility wagon (please request in advance) - 1 ladder *Explore our "add-ons" section for options like floral backdrops and a microphone with a Bluetooth speaker. Ample Parking: Our studio is situated inside the Miller Commons Shopping Plaza, offering ample parking for you and your guests. Operating Hours: 7 AM - 10 PM Refund Policy: Please note that there are no refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking or for no-shows. Refunds are also not provided for unused time. If your session ends early, no refunds will be issued, as the reserved hours are blocked off to accommodate scheduled employee hours and cleaning. We appreciate your understanding that these hours could have been made available to other potential guests. Once booked, the hours are considered as used.
Standard Restrooms
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: - Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. - Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. - Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms and entrances. - Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. - Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
