Welcome to this beautiful pool home in one of the newest gated communities in Storey Lake. This home is perfect for families & friends to host for your special occasion. In addition to the private pool, renting this home for your event will give you access to the resort amenities for use at no extra charge*. You can float in the lazy river, play a game of beach volley ball or basket ball or just lounge at the community pool or hot tub. Make your special memories of a life time at this special place. *Note - Additional fees apply for mini golf, and kayak rentals (payable at the concierge desk)

General Rules
No Smoking, No Drugs, No Vaping
No Commercial photography and No filming allowed
Cleanup basics before leaving the venue - load dishwasher before you leave, dispose of trash from Kitchen, Bathrooms in the trash receptacle outside the front door
No jumping, running, diving allowed in and around the pool area.
No food or drinks or alcoholic beverages in the pool
No Chemicals or bubble bath in the pool
Children to be accompanied with adults in the pool at all times. Please use swim diapers if applicable.
Bedroom use not allowed.

We have professional cleaners who clean the townhome between each guest turnover as per the checklist.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
