About the Space
Spacious backyard with Baja pool, palm trees, barbecue, entertainment area, palapa gazebos throughout, covered patio, water fountain, fire pit, large grassy area and plenty of seating for any type of event. You will have access to the entire backyard along with one bathroom that is located in the house and can be accessed through a playroom area (playroom is not included, but could be upgraded upon agreement). Entertainment area has one TV with Amazon Fire stick. Wifi available, outdoor speakers controlled through Alexa or via your phone by the pool can be used on medium volume. Fully equipped with a gas BBQ grill, 1 stove burner, sink, lounge bed, hammocks (white hammocks available upon request for additional charge), fans, lighting and more. Kitchen rental also available upon request for additional charge. Use of sauna is not included.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The space and host were spectacular! I had a beautiful baby shower and the space was just perfect for the setting. The host was very nice, welcoming and kind. Our guests felt comfortable. Everyone loved their place! Great stay, I highly recommend.

Highly recommend this venue! It is a spacious, beautiful, clean, entertainment yard. Feels like you are on vacation at a high end resort! Hosts were gracious, organized and made sure everything was ready. We absolutely loved it . Great venue for any party!

I had a great experience with this place. Ivette and her husband helped me with everything. I was allowed to come early, which is good when you are decorating. The place is beautiful, just like in the pictures. Ivette provided me with a table for catering. I definitely recommend this place for your event. I had my son’s first birthday and had 15 ppl. This place is really big.
