About the Space

1909 Anderson Place gem boasts unique beauty both inside and out. A one-of-a-kind private terraced garden complete with fountain, extensive stonework and mature landscaping is the perfect spot for photoshoots. The main level houses the music room, great room, dining room/library, and kitchen, and is filled with art, antiques, books, and guitars. Original full-sized windows throughout the house allow for beautiful views of both the front and back of the property from multiple vantage points. Three bedrooms and one bath await you on the second floor. Endless items of intrigue abound throughout the home. The home is perfect for photoshoots, film shoots, music videos, and all media production.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
