About the Space
The space is great for interviews, documentaries, commercials, and photoshoots. You have the living space, sitting area, dining area, kitchen area along with a guest room and a couple bathrooms all on one floor. Upstairs you have several bedrooms. The bedrooms are off limits unless otherwise agreed upon. Please ask me and we can sort it out if the bedrooms are needed.

The property gets deeply cleaned after every production.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
