We do not have any overhead lighting so we thrive with the natural lighting in our home. All of the windows have blinds or curtains which can block some sunlight, however, we do have 3 exterior glass doors without coverings. The best daylight is anywhere from 10am to 5pm depending on the level of light you desire.

*THIS IS A FAMILY HOME WHERE WE CURRENTLY LIVE* • Arrive no earlier than scheduled start time due to other appointments and cleaning protocols • Leave promptly by scheduled end time • No smoking (vaping is ok) • No pornography • No excessively loud music • No shoes on the couches • Do not swing in the bubble chair • No hanging out outside other than loading and unloading your belongings • No additional guests or parties • Please consider that a lot of our furniture is vintage and cannot be replaced, please be gentle with it • No sharing of address on social media • Do not take anything (even small decor like magazines) Everything is accounted for and that would be considered theft! • We would like that you leave the space looking the same as it did upon arrival • Prior to booking your appointment, please consider the time it takes for shoot set-up and break-down (equipment, late arrival of additional guests, lighting adjustments, hair, make-up, wardrobe, furnishing arrangements, sound, props, clean up, returning space to original condition, etc.) 1 hour can fly by quick! • Get creative and have fun!
