A Charming Fort Worth Wedding and Event Venue with the perfect mix of chic glam with rustic/industrial vibes tucked in among the trees on a 10 acre alpaca ranch. We host baby showers, milestone birthdays, anniversary parties, corporate events, photoshoots, and more! The PEERSPACE $175/hour is for non-wedding events. **PM us for wedding pricing.** Our venue seats 80 max with space for dancing. We have a bar, 2 restrooms, and an outdoor cocktail hour space with string lights and seating. (We have an outdoor ceremony site available if you book a wedding with us) Guests can see the alpacas during the event (through their fencing). -We have 5ft round tables and white garden chairs. -Linens can be rented through us via our 3rd party supplier. -We can add on UP LIGHTS to match the color of your party/event. If alcohol is to be served, TABC bartenders must be hired from our locked list of bartenders. Security must be hired from our locked list of security. Health and Safety Measures

Venue is cleaned properly after every event. We have double barn doors on either side, that on days when the AC or Heat are not needed, both sides can be opened.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
