Large Seminar Room with Adaptable Space
About the Space
Our seminar room is an excellent accommodation for any of your needs! Common uses of this space include conferences, staff trainings, seminars, presentations, and group meetings. The space is even inclusive to physical and massage therapy, hands on training, and continuing education. We have a multitude of tables and chairs that will be at your disposal to be arranged dependent upon your needs. The room has a capacity of 40 people with tables and chairs, or 50 people without tables and chairs. A few amenities included in our rental space are a large screen television that is able to be connected to for use during your event and a sink/coffee area that is at your disposal. We are located in the center of south Hampton Roads with convenient access to all major roadways including I-64 and I-264.

In between bookings, we sanitize all common areas, counter and tabletops, chairs and other surfaces. Cleanliness is very important to us as is the health of our clients. We ask that any outside catering or food waste be taken out after your meetings.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
