Ground Floor

THere are two options to load/unload. You can unload on the street and use the side gate back to the space or you can use the alleyway behind the unit and unload there.

Main house. The bathroom is accesible in the main house, but the rest of the house is off limits.

There are two outlets on each of the shorter walls and three per wall on the longer walls. The panel for the unit is on the side of the building and can be accessed very easily.

To ensure a seamless and enjoyable video and photo shoot experience at Studio, we kindly request all guests to adhere to the following house rules: Booking and Scheduling: Please make sure to book your video or photo shoot in advance to secure your preferred time slot. Respect the agreed-upon schedule to avoid overlapping with other shoots and to ensure ample time for setup and preparation. Studio Access: Access to the studio will be provided at the agreed-upon time of your booking. Please do not enter the premises before your scheduled time, and ensure you vacate the studio promptly at the end of your booking. Respectful Behavior: Treat all staff, crew members, and fellow occupants of the studio with courtesy and respect. Maintain a professional and positive attitude throughout your shoot. Studio Maintenance: Keep the studio space tidy and clean during your shoot. Dispose of any trash or unused equipment properly and return studio props to their designated storage areas. Equipment Handling: Handle all studio equipment and props with care to prevent any damage. If you are unsure about using specific equipment, please seek assistance from our staff. Noise Levels: Be mindful of noise levels during your shoot to avoid disrupting neighboring studios or disturbing other guests. Please use headphones for audio playback whenever possible. Outdoor Garden: If you plan to use the outdoor garden for your shoot, please treat the area with respect and avoid damaging any plants or structures. If there are any specific setup requirements, please inform our staff in advance. Safety Measures: Prioritize the safety of your team and talent. Ensure that all electrical equipment and cables are properly managed to prevent tripping hazards. Set Cleanup: After your shoot, please clean up the studio area and remove any equipment or props that you brought in. Return the studio to its original condition, ready for the next creative endeavor. Confidentiality: If your shoot involves any confidential or sensitive material, we expect you to respect the privacy of your team and talent and to maintain confidentiality as required. Follow Studio Instructions: Comply with any additional instructions provided by our staff or management. These instructions are in place to ensure a safe and productive environment for everyone.
