Step into history with this charming retail location, originally a 1904 residence that still maintains its classic home-like exterior—nestled within a modern retail area. Inside, you’ll find a beautifully curated collection of vintage and upcycled furniture, thoughtfully arranged to offer a unique, authentic backdrop for your filming or photo shoot. Most furniture pieces are movable, allowing for flexible staging and creative shots. All items in the shop can be used as props to enhance your production’s aesthetic. Please note this is an active retail shop, so all items are for sale and must be handled with care. Popular Production Setups Include: General store or thrift shop scenes Mom-and-pop bakery interiors Creative use of large display windows for filming from outside We’ve intentionally priced the space at $50/hour to be accessible for student and independent filmmakers. The rate includes access to all props, natural light, vintage staging, and convenient parking—making it a great value for budget-conscious projects. Important Booking Details: Tables and chairs for holding areas, meals, or equipment setup are not included in the hourly rental rate. Furniture for sale cannot be used for eating, food storage, or staging personal items. Bring your own tables and chairs or add them to your booking. Logistics & Extras: Ample parking is available both in front and at the rear of the building for your cast and crew. To maximize your shoot day, consider our Night-Before Set Dress add-on, which allows you to set up the space the evening prior so filming can begin immediately. A dressing room & vintage truck is also available as an add-on. Please note: The building is historic and does not have central air conditioning. We have two ceiling fans in the shop and wall unit AC to help keep the space comfortable, but it can get warm during summer months, especially with larger groups. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
