About the Space
This is a historic retail location built in 1904, originally a residence the exterior still looks like a home nestled in a modern retail location. The interior is filled with vintage and upcycled furniture, most furniture can be moved around for various filming or photo shots. All items in the shop can be used as props for your photo shoot or filming. This is an active retail shop, and all items are for sale and should be handled with care. When booking for filming please keep in mind tables and chairs for a holding space or lunch are not included in the hourly rate. The furniture for sale cannot be used for eating at or food storage. Please prepare to bring your own or add on the tables and chair option when completing your booking. When planning your film project to make sure things run smoothly on the day of, plan where in the shop you will set up your lunch table, equipment table, make up area if you need it. Dressing room is available as an add on. Again, the furniture for sale cannot be used for any of these things. We want to limit any potential damage and extra charges.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
