Spacious design ideal for accommodating intimate to moderate-sized events. The area features a well-equipped kitchen, a single bathroom with a shower, and an expansive open space for gatherings. Abundant natural light fills the space during daytime affairs like work gatherings, showers, engagements, and more. In the evening, the venue transforms into an excellent setting for various occasions such as birthdays, band rehearsals, listening sessions, after-parties, dance events, live performances, and beyond. Notably, there has been an impeccable record of zero sound complaints over the past eight years, even during late-night after hours. PLEASE SEE HOUSE RULES!
