Pricing: Pricing is based on the total number of cast and crew, as well as the areas you plan to use during production or events. Rates listed are for a single area only, and additional areas will need to be discussed and agreed upon. Let’s jump on a call ASAP to discuss your needs—we strive to be as budget-friendly as possible! Vista Del Mar is a 17-acre campus with a wide variety of buildings/spaces. We have a sports field, modern performing arts center, pool, indoor basketball gym w/ stage area, outdoor basketball/tennis and volleyball courts, gardens and picnic areas, large conference rooms, school/classroom space, etc.

We Sweep ,mop ,vacuum and clean the space. We Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water , and paper towels or hand sanitizer. We Clean common areas allowing guests access including bathrooms ,kitchens and entrances We Collect and clean dishes , silverware and other provided host amenities , if applicable We Remove garbage and add new linings to cans
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
