Urban Garden Oasis

- Our space includes a brick garage, courtyard, alley, sprawling garden and lawn, mini pool, and camper van. - Our space can accommodate 100+ individuals, but there is only one bathroom available for guest use, located in the basement of the adjacent house. - The brick garage is a multi-purpose space that can be used for movie screenings, events, workshops, and smaller music shows. There is a small kitchen setup in the garage, with a hot plate, toaster oven, sink, and mini fridge. Two sets of French doors open up the space allowing ample fresh air and easy flow into the back garden. - There are also two fire pits that are available for guest use. - The space, being largely outdoors, can accommodate a wide range of events; dinners, dance parties, birthdays, cocktail hours, cook-outs, etc. (we have two charcoal grills available for use).
