Our late 1800's home was fully renovated in 2020. Steeped with natural elements, the design is inspired by the land the home rests on. A uniquely Knoxville experience, this home sits atop 2+ acres overlooking downtown Knoxville and the University of Tennessee. It has been host to rehearsal dinners, birthday parties and bridal showers as well as private dinner events, an intimate wedding, and commercial shoots. The easy flow of the main level and generously sized gathering areas make it an ideal space for your needs. The large sunroom has served as a backdrop for bridal parties to get ready and be photographed in. The front lawn and back patio have afforded our guests extra space for their celebrations to extend.
