About the Space
Our lounge, located in Miami, is ideal for small/large gatherings, social events, celebrations, and more. Its conveniently located and equipped with a kitchenette space. Spacious enough to accommodate groups up to 50 people. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Seating for up to 25 - Large Kitchen Island with 5 barstools - Two flat screen TVs - Kitchenette equipped with sink and mini refrigerator - Billiards Table - Wi-Fi - Data Ports **Reservation is for the interior lounge only and does not include access to the outdoor seating area** Take a 3D Tour: https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=T9z2fix9Gcn Pets, confetti, amplified music (DJ, karaoke, etc.) and smoking are not permitted in the space at any time. Please note that all set up and clean time should be included in your reservation time. Please see rules section for additional information. FOOD & BEVERAGE Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/drinks. Alcohol is not permitted. No food services are provided onsite. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

Hosts are very responsive, promptly answer any questions. The venue itself is beautiful, very well maintained and all areas are clean. Security at reception is professional. The one area that I would say could be better is the access code isn't provided until 1 hour before your event. Its not a huge problem but it makes it a little stressful when you're trying to arrive on time, set up and your guests are inquiring on how to access the space. The code is only good for a limited amount of time so it would be easier if it was provided the day before to the person coordinating to allow for time to provide it to your guests. Overall it is a nice venue, and the rate is reasonable.

Such a great experience ! The host was very responsive & understanding ! The booking turned out to be amazing overall ! The space was very luxurious . Well maintained & very sanitary as well . Everyone was happy with location !

Overall this was a good experience. The space is beautiful and was just what we needed for our shoot. Very spacious and clean with great light. Getting the hang of the app that controls all the doors on the property takes some doing. I recommend coming in the day before your shoot to walk yourself through it. You will need to make sure every single person you have coming to set is also well versed in it. Additionally, when they say you only have access to this room they mean it! There are three entrances to this space, two of which open onto a terrace. Those two doors were not accessible for us. We had one way in and one way out with no access to the outdoor space. This was a bit of a letdown, not because we wanted to shoot there but simply because there is a very strong fragrance in the space that we were hoping to air out and could not.
