About the Space

5 acre estate with approximately 12,000+ square feet available for events. Beautiful scenic backdrop of Chardonnay and Merlot vineyards. Just a gorgeous place to host any type of party, wedding, or event. Easy freeway access. 3 miles to I-15 freeway at Rancho California Rd. 1,200 sq. ft. Ramada with extended deck, fireplace with TV above and surround sound. BBQ with bar (6 captains bar chairs). Connected deck with seating for 18. Beautiful pool and Jacuzzi. Changing room with full bathroom. Tennis court (day light only). Large grassy area immediately right off of the deck area. Next to deck is a large stone area with fountain and place for DJ and dancing. We offer catering, bar tender, flowers, decorations, and DJ/live band.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
