Cleaning High-Touch Areas: Our cleaning process focuses on high-touch areas, such as doorknobs, light switches, remote controls, handles, and other frequently used surfaces. We use industry-approved disinfectants to eliminate germs effectively. Sanitizing Restrooms: Restrooms are one of the essential areas we focus on. Our team ensures they are spotless and fully stocked with necessary amenities like soap, hand sanitizer, and paper towels. Sweeping, Mopping, and Vacuuming: We conduct regular sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to keep the floors free of dust, debris, and allergens. Fresh Linens and Towels: If applicable, we provide fresh linens and towels for your use. Rest assured, all linens are laundered using a high-temperature wash and a thorough drying process. Trash Disposal: We maintain a clean and odor-free environment by emptying all trash bins regularly. Ventilation: Proper ventilation is crucial for maintaining indoor air quality. Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
